I am using the 202110 snapshot, when I tried it on CR3 files from EOS R5 and R10, both returns a image with purple tint on them, however, it seems working ok for CR3 files from EOS R7. and EOS M series cameras
I downloaded the raw files from the dpreview, using the following link
The raws created by the new DC GH6 camera by Panasonic use a new raw rw2 format
it seems using
pana_encoding=8
and
pana_bpp=16
I created an issue on rawtherapee bug tracker, but if some people have here knowledge in this field, I am also putting the information. I assume the code can be ported from and between if found.
(The raw files were created by me, feel free to use these in any way, if you need a licence WTFPL)
Hi together,
Sony has recently added the Update Alpha 7r iii a camera. Libraw is not supporring the ilce 7rm3a but the ilce 7rm3. Technically this cameras are almost identical (different Screen-Resolutionen on camera screen; Notting important to libraw). But e.g. Deep Sky Stacker tells libraw doesnt Support ilce 7rm3a.
Can you please add this new model as Sony alpha 7r iii is already supported .
Unprocessed_raw is doing its job but when using it for astronomical images the inclusion of masked pixels is a big problem for processing Astronomical images. It makes background detection difficult because it is unknown which pixels have been illuminated and which not. DCRaw doesn't show that behavior.
On my wishlist are the following points:
- Option to exclude the masked pixels. So no dark areas.
Hi,
I wondered if there was going to be mainstream support for the Nikon d3500? There appears to be a snapshot 201812 that includes this but doesn't appear in the list of supported cameras. I use deep sky stacker and unfortunately the D3500 isn't supported and won't work with the RAW .NEF files unless converted. Apparently they are awaiting version 20 of LIBRAW to be released before releasing their new version.
Could this be included??
Apologies if this not where I should be posting this.
