The LibRaw 0.13-Beta2 introduces several changes:
Exposure correction code is completely rewritten. The new one has working range from 0.25 (-4 stops) to 8 (+3 stops) and have no artifacts on images where channel intensity map differs from luminocity map.
Minor changes in AHD interpolation to improve thread safety.
Several minor bug fixes in samples.
