Windows: libraw017-beta3-win32.zip
Mac OS X: libraw017-beta3-osx.zip

Usage:

Download it
Unzip
Replace 3D LUT Creator libraw.dll/dylib with unpacked one
Enjoy additional (GPL-licensed) demosaics
