please add .sti Sinar mutlishot 16 shot mode support

Hi,

.sti support for Sinar raw files seems working fine only for 1-shot and 4-shot mode.
16 shot mode does not work at all, produces horizontal lines.

Please add 16 shot mode support for Sinar .sti files if possible.

We do not have Sinar 4-shot anfd 16-shot samples, so we cannot test this support (and hope dcraw-derived code works right).

Could you please provide several 4-shot and 16-shot samples for testing (use any file sharing service and send link to info@libraw.org or post link in comments here)
