LibRaw 0.8.3 available for download

Changes are:

  • Imported dcraw 8.98/1.431: new RAW formats supported: Canon 7D, Panasonic GF1, Sony A850 and A380, Casio Z850, Nikon D300s
  • changes in libraw_datastream.h to make compilers more happy
