LibRaw 0.6.15 and 0.7-BETA5

LibRaw versions 0.6.15 and 0.7-BETA5 are released

Imported dcraw 8.93/1.421: some minor changes in RAW identification procedures and Pentax PEF files processing.

0.6.15 only: fixed gamma curve calculation bug.
