LibRaw 0.6.14 and 0.7-BETA4

LibRaw 0.6.14 and 0.7-BETA4 released. Imported dcraw 8.92/1.420:

  • user-specified gamma curve
  • Pentax K2000/Km support
  • Changes in Canon sRAW processing (support for 5D2 fw 1.07)

All binaries should be recompiled due to internal structures size changes.
