I am interested in using RawSpeed 3. I pulled the code via the LibRaw page:

I am using LibRaw with the CDDL license, but the RawSpeed code has a license file which only seems to have an LGPL license.
Is that LGPL license not applicable in this case? Is there a way to use RawSpeed through the CDDL license?

RawSpeed licensing is out of our control, if it is licensed under LGPL terms we're unable to change it
